It's hard to drive by all the older apartment buildings and not notice that there appears to be a need to open a branch of Fireball Fab here 😜😉😇

First, it is hard to imagine the rental/sales market here. We are told that it is so difficult for many families that they literally purchase apartments with multiple families occupying the apartment. Each family owns "a room" and they all share the one kitchen, one bathroom, one laundry room, etc.

While we are seeing a lot of new construction, there are still hundreds, if not thousands, of buildings in less than optimal shape......#needrailing.  #wecanhelp  #fireballrailing ....
